Our firm began practicing law in times, when the laws of Georgia were almost non-existent. The country was in the middle of abandoning the Soviet legal system and creating its own, therefore the volume of the national legislation was insignificant and the quality was poor. Giorgi Begiashvili, as a  young and energetic lawyer with years of working experience at Nabarro in London, United Kingdom founded our company on  August 26, 1995. Since establishment, the goal of our firm was not only to provide legal counsel, but also to serve the community where we live and work.      

The demand for our services was always high, since BCO was one of the first law firms in Georgia. This has helped our lawyers to grow professionally and acquire extensive knowledge and experience in various legal areas. With more than twenty years of legal practice, we continue to closely follow  legal developments in established  and newly emerging industries, thus gaining technical expertise and a deep understanding of the operation of laws.
